Just before the Christmas break I wrote about the need for clubs to invest in people not things and for you to invest in yourself. While I’m not a big lover of conferences they are the most popular method of development. Often it’s the conversations had in corridors before and after the talks that are of most benefit. With that in mind here is a conference coming up in March that might be worth looking at.
The Sports Analytics Innovation Summit
Not sure they have confirmed any speakers yet, but judging by previous conferences they do get a good line-up together.
In a recent global study of 2,500 sporting leaders across 78 countries, 83% of respondents identified sports analytics as a minimum requirement to sustain a competitive advantage. The Sports Analytics Innovation Summit is the perfect opportunity to share insight and best practices with leaders and experts from across the field in an interactive environment.
Price: Not the cheapest conference you will attend. Prices start from £495 and to £995. For that you get access to over 400+ hours of videos from previous conferences.
You can see the full details here and I’m sure more detail will be added as they get more speakers.
