We have a great responsibility in developing, engaging and maximising the potential of all players, enrolled on our various Football programmes, whilst providing them with a positive sporting experience.

The successful applicant will be responsible for filming grassroots/academy football games as well as reviewing and editing footage for USC; in addition this role will require the applicant to create statistical reports and video reports which will be provided to the players through our unique Talent ID service.

The successful video analyst at USC would be able to:

Demonstrate an understanding of key individual player techniques and principles of play.

Film high quality football content.
Successfully review and edit footage based on set learning objectives.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills towards players as well as parents/guardians.
Be original, be creative and be unique.
Be diverse and adapt to different abilities and situations.
Be approachable, honest and solution based.

You will need to meet the following requirements:
Have completed or working towards an undergraduate/postgraduate Sports degree.
An excellent knowledge of the game complimented by an enthusiasm for football.
A flexible and open minded approach to work.
An interest in football scouting and player development.
Be eligible to qualify for an enhanced DBS.
Experience working in football analysis or coaching is desirable.
Current UK driving license with preferably own form of transport is desirable.
