Level 0 – Match Analysis
The aim of this course is to help equip coaches and students with the skills necessary to perform performance analysis in the field.
Who is this course for?
Anybody with an interest in learning how to use a performance analysis software package.
How long does it take?
The course gives you access to the software for 30 days along with full access to the video tutorials and training materials.
What will I learn?
During the 30 days you will learn the basic features of the Dartfish Video Analysis system. You will be able to record a game to your laptop. Analyse the game to your specification. Edit the footage and get it ready for presentation.
It sounds complicated! I’m not sure my PC skills are up to it?
Learning something new can always seem daunting. You have nothing to be afraid of. We promise that if you know anything about computers (send & receive an email) you will get great use out of the 30 days. The video tutorials explain everything in a step-by-step process and they will take you through every skill needed to use the software.
Is there an exam?
Yes – but don’t be afraid. There is a multiple choice exam in order to receive certification. However, it is an open book exam and you can take it as often as you need. It is not designed to catch you out, simply just to highlight the important points of the software.
