Unique Football Academy Performance Analyst (part-time)

Ipswich Town FC Lead Academy Performance Analyst

Key Responsibilities: The role will focus on leading the Academy Performance Analysis department in reaching/meeting the EPPP category 1 requirements as well as providing analysis support to the U21 squad. This will involve working closely with academy coaching staff in order to service all their analysis needs. This may include but not restricted to; pre-match and post-match team and individual technical analysis, live coding of matches, training analysis, and data trend analysis. Millwall Football Club – Academy Performance Analyst (part-time)

millwallMillwall F.C. are currently recruiting for our academy analysis department for a season long work experience placement. This will be a part-time placement from August 2015 to June 2016. The successful candidate will be working with our U16’s based at our training facility in Grove Park, southeast London.

This position would be most suitable for those with some analysis experience looking to progress onto the next step. Successful candidates would be required to work Saturday’s and Monday (preferably) or Tuesday.

Typical duties would include:

  • Filming all home U16’s matches and some away
  • Coding/editing footage and analysing games to create a stats report
  • Producing relevant videos in relation to a coaching theme and presenting information back to coaches/ players

Candidates should be:

  • Hard-working, organised and able to work to tight deadlines
